ARE YOUR BOAT and ITEMS Protected...

SPRING IS HERE AND SUMMER IS COMING, that means Fun Water Activates are happening. Is your gear protected adequately on and off the boat?

From Scuba gear to fishing poles - you need to make sure that your insurance is covering your items adequately...let's talk about how a certain insurance company covers your Watercraft and items more effectively, so you can focus on enjoying your day on the water, or on the shore.

Unattached Equipment Coverage: Protection for items that are used solely with the watercraft. This pays out at 10% of the hull coverage amount, or $100, whichever is greater. You can request a higher limit of coverage too. THINK: GPS Units, Tarpaulins, Anchors and Oars, Water Skis and Wakeboards

Personal Effects Coverage: Protection for items that can be used from shore, without a watercraft. This plan covers you up to $750 with higher coverage limits up to $20,000 at an additional premium. THINK: Fishing Gear, Clothing, Scuba Gear and Snorkeling Equipment

The Captain's Package: This package can be added to new or existing policies to protect clients whom need extra coverage.

1) In the event of a total loss the boat will be replaced with a new boat that is to the greatest extent possible, the same make and model with comparable equipment. Total price protection for boats up to two years old

2) On-water emergency assistance if the boat is disabled, runs out of fuel, needs to be towed, etc. up to $1,000 PER occurrence. (not available in all States - let me know what State you live in)

3) Personal Effects Coverage limits increase from $750 to $2,500 with a $250 deductible (that's a low deductible)

4) Roadside Assistance covers your disabled trailer and disabled towing vehicle, to and from fun on the water
